   Fin press lines are ideal facilities for manufacturing fins of evaporator and condenser. When it is collocated with corresponding fin dies (fin die), it can finish following action of uncoil, feed, oil filter, punch, suck and collect, automatically and continuously to get good fins. Our fin press can punch from 150 to 300 times per minute and make 2 or 4 progression at one time. It has high precision, high efficiency and intellectualized characteristics. The fin press was certified by national corresponding organization, every parameter conforms to the international standard.

JDM fin press has following extrude advantages:

   First, closed four columns type, upper cylinders, high lifting height, which is easy to change the sub mould.

   Second, large worktable area, which is fit for long & overlarge mould.

   Third, the pedestal, slide, upper beam etc., adopts Polyester Sand casting, with strong anti-vibration, artistic appearance and can maintain high precision for long period.

   Fourth, with humanity PLC control system, different holes & deformity can be set by the PLC.

   Fifth, slide bearing, double driving points, double sets long upper & down rolling pins guidance, strong anti-unbalanced ability.

   Sixth, main shaft driving type pulling setting can realize transformation of the material step distance ,namely odd and even jumps.

   Seventh, automatically putting the material ,oil & initial feeding ,vacuum suction unit, the multi-position stacker and the plate unloading unit and so on .

   The last point, supplying the mould lubrication
