1. This machine is a complex automatic ring insertion machine for ringer of minor elbows, which can complete the action of plastic and ringer. The complete machine mainly consists of feeding material system, ringer system, and electricity system.

2. Feeding system is composed of minor elbow rotating-feeder, welding ring feeder and feeding paths. Put the minor elbows and welding rings into elbow feeder and welding ring feeder respectively through manual operation, then automatically enter into the position of ringer along the material path.

3. Ringer system drived by motor through step-less actiyator to bring along swing-framework to do back and forth motion , which  supply the drive force of ringer. Change speed by step-less actiyator. Complex die on the back and forth components can finish plastic and ringer with one time.
